Where are the shirts being shipped from?
Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have facilities ready to send your order in Canada and the United States.
Most international orders are shipped from our US branch.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your order confirmation email ( Check your junk mail folder too!). There is a "Tracker Status" link at the bottom.
I did not receive confirmation of my order or a receipt. Why?
Some people have stated they have not received the confirmations with their tracking info. In these cases you often have heightened junked mail filters, blocking generated emails from servers, or your confirmations are getting funneled to your junk mail. Corporate email addresses often block our confirmations as well. Specialized emails from ISPs (verizon, comcast, rogers, bell, etc) are hit or miss when it comes to filtering our confirmations. Public emails (gmail, outlook, yahoo) all allow our confirmations to come through. You may want to use one of these as your contact info to ensure your receive your confirmation and tracking links.
How do I change the color of my order?
It's simple, most shirts have a number of colors to choose from. Click on the color block located along side your style and sizing choices and you can see what your shirt will look like in the color of your choice. Please be aware that we cannot process a black print on a dark color shirt i.e. black, chocolate brown. Please note that 5XL and 6XL sizes are very limited in colors other than Black and White.
What colors do you offer?
We offer more than 20 different styles of t-shirts, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three styles of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red.
What method of payment do you accept?

What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so we require time to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it. Most shirts will be processed and sent for shipping two to three business days after you place your order. Rush Shipments are put to the front of the print queue and get shipped in priority, often the same or next day.
Shipping times vary depending on country, carriers, customs, weekends and holiday schedules. We provide tracking on USA Orders but no tracking is available for International orders once they leave the USA. Mainland U.S.A. residents should expect their shirt at their door 3-5 BUSINESS days on RUSH/EXPRESS Orders and 5-8 BUSINESS days on REGULAR orders. Orders placed late in the week may be subject to weekend postal delivery. Overseas orders can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs and local mail carriers.
If you require your item by a particular day we highly recommend you place an RUSH order or drop us an email before you finalize your order to see if we can hit your timelines. As mentioned we use Canada Post and USPS and are limited to their delivery schedule.
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Unfortunately we do NOT offer overnight delivery at this time
How do your shirts fit?
Before finalizing your order be sure you have referred to the sizing chart at the bottom of the site for measurement information. Most of our shirts fit the same way as a typical T Shirt but please note that our ladies sizes do fit 'small', shorter and slightly tighter than a mens style. A Ladies small fits like a US size 4-6, ladies medium 6-8, ladies large 8-10, XL 10-12, 2X - 12.
